FiveByFive Delete your account

Fastest option

In the app, open Settings → Account & Sync → Delete account and confirm. Your account and synced workout data are deleted immediately.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your FiveByFive account, with the subject "FiveByFive account deletion request." We may ask you to verify ownership, then will delete the account and synced workout data within seven days.

What is deleted

• Your FiveByFive authentication account.
• Your synced lifts, weights, workout results, and history.

For Android trial accounts, a one-way hash of the verified email and the trial's first activation time are kept to prevent a repeat trial, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data on your device

Deleting the cloud account does not remotely erase local data from a device. In the app, use Settings → Reset all data before uninstalling if you also want to remove the local copy.
