Acceptance

By downloading or using FiveByFive, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

FiveByFive tracks a 5×5 barbell program. It records the lifts, weights, and reps you enter and suggests changes using simple progression rules.

Not medical or fitness advice

The app is for informational and tracking purposes only. It is not medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Weight training carries a risk of injury. Consult a physician before beginning a program and train safely.

Your account and data

You are responsible for activity under your account. You own the workout data you enter and grant us only the limited rights needed to store and sync it. See the Privacy Policy.

Trial and lifetime purchase

The free-download version offers seven days of trial access, followed by an optional one-time lifetime unlock at the localized price your store displays. No subscription or automatic charge follows the trial. After expiry, training features lock until you purchase; saved workout data remains on the device and saved-data export stays available. Restore purchases using the same store account. Your store handles payment and refunds. Resetting or uninstalling does not restart a trial or erase store purchase records. Existing paid iOS access is preserved.

On Android, the free week starts once for your verified trial account and resumes when you sign in again. Account deletion or reinstalling does not restart it. On iOS, the trial is restored using the same App Store account. Lifetime purchases are restored through the store account used to buy them.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the app, misuse its services, reverse engineer it beyond what applicable law permits, or use it to violate the law.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or protection from data loss.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thomistico LLC is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the app, including training injury or data loss.

Third-party services

Authentication and sync may rely on Apple, Supabase, and Google when that provider is available. Purchases use your app store and RevenueCat. Their terms apply to those services.

Changes and termination

We may update or discontinue the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
