Steadex Delete your account

Delete in the app

Open PROFILE → Account → Delete account and confirm with Apple. Deletion happens right away.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Steadex account deletion request” from the email address Apple shares with Steadex (this may be an Apple private-relay address). We may ask you to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within seven days.

What is deleted

• Your Steadex account and authentication records.
• Your free-scan, daily-allowance, and abuse-prevention records.
• Your cloud backup of journal entries and photos, if you made one.
• Your RevenueCat customer record.
• The app's Sign in with Apple authorization (when deleting in the app).

What deletion does not do

It does not cancel a Steadex Pro subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. App stores keep their own purchase records under their own policies. Deleting in the app also erases the journal stored on that device; a request by email cannot reach data stored only on your device, so remove it by deleting the app.
