Symphonia · A player for your own music server

Symphonia Terms of Use

Thomistico LLC · Updated October 20, 2026

These terms apply to the Symphonia app published by Thomistico LLC. By downloading or using Symphonia you agree to them and to the terms of the app store you obtained it from. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Symphonia is

Symphonia is a client for a Navidrome or other OpenSubsonic-compatible music server that you choose. It does not include a music catalog and does not give you any rights to music. Symphonia is independent of Navidrome and other third-party services and is not endorsed by them.

Your server and content

Use only servers and content that you are authorized to access, stream, and download. You are responsible for your server, its availability and security, your account on it, and the content it holds.

Free trial and lifetime unlock

You can try Symphonia free for seven days from activation. After that, an optional one-time purchase unlocks lifetime access at the price your app store shows before you buy. There is no subscription and no automatic charge when the trial ends; app features lock until you choose the lifetime unlock.

On iOS, the trial and purchase are restored with the same App Store account. On Android, the free week starts once for your verified trial account and resumes when you sign in again. Deleting an account, disconnecting a server, resetting preferences, or reinstalling does not restart the trial. Lifetime purchases are restored through the store account used to buy them.

Your app store processes payments and handles refunds under its own policies.

Acceptable use

Do not use Symphonia to infringe others' rights or gain unauthorized access to any system, and do not interfere with the app or its account and purchase services.

Availability and your data

Features depend on your device, operating system, network, and server. We may change or discontinue features. Keep your own copies of your music and server backups; downloads and other local data can be lost, for example if the app is removed.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, Symphonia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every server, or protection from data loss.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thomistico LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains server connections, local storage, lyrics lookup, and trial and purchase processing.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
