Vita Nova Delete your account
Only the Android version of Vita Nova uses an account, and only to verify the seven-day free trial. Your chart is never stored in that account.
Delete in the app
Open Settings → Vita Nova Pro → Trial account: sign out or delete, then tap Delete account and confirm. The account is deleted immediately.
Request deletion without the app
Email [email protected] from the address you used for your Vita Nova trial account, with the subject “Vita Nova account deletion request.” We may ask you to confirm that you own the address, then delete the account within seven days.
What is deleted
- Your trial account: email address, password hash, and account and security records.
- Trial activation and expiry information linked to the account.
What is kept, and why
To prevent a new free trial after reinstalling or recreating an account, we keep a one-way hash of the verified email address and the time its trial first started. It is not used for advertising. Google Play keeps store purchase records under its own policies; deleting the account does not refund or remove a lifetime purchase.
Data on your device
Your chart is stored only on your device, so deleting the account does not erase it. To remove it too, use Settings → Reset everything in the app, or uninstall the app.
