Email [email protected]. Include your device model and the app version shown in Settings. Please do not send your chart unless we ask for it.

Free week and lifetime unlock

Vita Nova is free for seven days. After that you can unlock it with a single one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, and nothing is charged automatically when the free week ends. Your saved chart is kept, and you can still back it up.

To restore a purchase on a new phone or after reinstalling, open Settings → Vita Nova Pro → Restore purchases while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play.

Backing up and sharing your chart

Your chart is stored only on your device. Use Settings → Back up data (JSON) to save a copy and Restore from backup… to load it again.

To share with an instructor, use Export, print, or email chart… to save a PDF, print it, or email it from your mail app.

Android trial account

On Android, sign out of or delete the trial account under Settings → Vita Nova Pro → Trial account: sign out or delete. Without the app, see Delete your account.
